All rates are in NZD and inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).

We will endeavour to provide the vehicle intended but do reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle of similar standard should it be deemed necessary.

Should we be unable to provide the tour booking entirely due to our fault, a 100% refund will be given.

A booking will be accepted and later confirmed upon receipt of payment of a deposit, with balance payable at a later date.

In the event of a cancellation being made within 30 days of tour date no refund, prior to 30 days 90% refund will be made, less any driver/guide accommodation costs that may have been incurred. Note: Cruise ship excursion cancellation T&C's contain variances - please enquire.

Payment of can be made by Cash, Direct Bank Credit, Credit Card - Visa, Matercard (excl.Amex). 

A tour intinery will be followed as closely as possible, and may in some cases may be affected by weather, road conditions or mechanical breakdown. In such cases alternative destinations and activities will be included where possible. Any changes made by 3rd party attraction operators to be beyond our control. Should a tour be shortened by the hirer, no refund will be payable.

Call Jeeves reserves the right to charge any additional time/services incurred outside the agreed tour booking.

All our vehicles are fully licensed as Passenger Service Vehicles, hold current Certifiacte Of Fitness, with the driver being a holder of a New Zealand Government Passenger Service licence.

All vehicles are groomed prior to commencement of tour with full care being taken throughout the tour. No liability will be accepted for damage or loss to a passenger's property of belongings, or injury.

Drinking & eating within the vehicle at sole discretion of driver.

Smoking is not permitted within the vehicle.

Where seat belts are fitted it is the passenger's responsibility to use them at all times.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the hiring party will be charged for.

All passengers agree to behave in a responsible and orderly manner. Failure to do so could result in the tour being prematurely terminated, with rights to a refund being forfeited.

Failure to read or understand these term and conditions by the hiring party does not release our rights to enforce them.
